Enterprise WebScan environment check

Complete the information below so SIP Shield can assess your environment and recommend the right rollout path.

Basic company information

Mail environment

Hosted WebScan access readiness

Important if hosted WebScan is being considered:
Please ask your mail provider or firewall team to whitelist the SIP Shield hosted scanner IP 63.250.47.60 for IMAP, SMTP, or control-panel access if hosted rollout is chosen. Also confirm whether geo-blocking, country blacklists, third-party mailbox access restrictions, OAuth-only login, app-password rules, VPN gates, or zero-trust policies could block mailbox review from our server.

How SIP Shield uses this information

Three main outcomes from the qualification check.

The goal is not to make the process longer. It is to avoid pushing organizations into the wrong deployment model.

Hosted WebScan fit

If the organization does not control the mail server directly, hosted WebScan may be the better path.

Server Deployment fit

If the IT team has the right level of access and can install software, direct Server Deployment may be the stronger long-term option.

Clarification needed

If the answers are mixed or uncertain, SIP Shield can follow up before recommending the next step.

Check fit first, then choose the right rollout path.
