Corporate rollout request

Send the details once so we can quote and guide the right rollout path.

Use this form for corporate and government rollout planning. It collects the organization, contact, mailbox, deployment, and environment details needed to prepare the first quote, recommend the right SIP Shield path, and show what onboarding should look like next.

Tell us the rollout basics

The fields below mirror the information SIP Shield says it needs before preparing a proposal, recommending the safest deployment model, and deciding whether managed onboarding is the best path.

Organization Type, name, address, domain, NPWP
Mailbox Scope Current need, growth, protected groups
Deployment Fit Environment, timing, approvals

Organization

Used to send staff notifications from your own domain.

Main contact

Mailbox scope

Deployment preference

Current environment

Hosted WebScan access readiness

Important if hosted web/mobile is being considered:
Please ask your mail provider or firewall team to whitelist the SIP Shield hosted scanner IP 63.250.47.60 for IMAP, SMTP, or control-panel access if hosted rollout is chosen. Also confirm whether geo-blocking, country blacklists, third-party mailbox access restrictions, OAuth-only login, app-password rules, VPN gates, or zero-trust policies could block mailbox review from our server.

Timing and approvals

This check helps SIP Shield reduce automated bot submissions.

Send rollout request to help@sipshield.id. This request is intended to provide enough information for the first quotation, technical fit review, managed onboarding decision, and any required hosted access allowlisting before rollout starts.

What we use this for

Why SIP Shield asks for these details up front.

The page explains that this request is used to prepare the first quotation, assess technical fit, and decide whether managed onboarding is the best starting point.

First quotation

Mailbox scope, organization type, and deployment preference help prepare the correct annual proposal range.

Technical fit

Server and mail platform details help determine whether server deployment, hosted scanning, or desktop rollout is the safest fit.

Managed onboarding

If SIP Shield will handle onboarding, this request gives the right starting point before any privileged access is discussed later.

Faster follow-up

Contact email, WhatsApp number, and approval timing help reply through the right path without losing time.

Corporate

Use one intake path for business rollout planning and quote preparation.

Government

Capture organization, approval, and deployment details needed before formal rollout discussion.

State-owned enterprise

Support a structured intake path for mixed technical and procurement review.

Education / institution

Collect mailbox scope and environment details early so rollout recommendation is clearer.

Give the rollout details once, then move faster.

Start with the intake form, let SIP Shield prepare the first quote and technical fit recommendation, and reduce unnecessary back-and-forth before onboarding begins.
